Who We Are

TransformEXEC Coaching is led by Leon Chervinsky, PCC (ICF). I coach senior leaders who operate in high-stakes, politically complex environments and want clearer decisions, stronger influence, and a calmer operating rhythm.

This work is practical and outcome-driven. We define a must-win outcome, identify the real constraints (stakeholders, time, decision bottlenecks), and build a weekly execution cadence so progress is measurable and sustainable.
